Job DescriptionBranch Manager needed in Indianapolis for leading national provider of HVAC equipment.


  • Implements plans to achieve business growth and profitability
  • Manage annual operating budget. Reviews monthly budget reports
  • Trains and mentors staff using a variety of resources provided
  • Coordinate schedules as necessary to meet customer needs. Work closely with outside sales managers and customer service reps to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Tracks and evaluates quality and efficiency measures.

    Develops and implements processes to make improvements

  • Sees that all safety policies and practices are followed
  • Manage a team of 4 - 6 peopleQualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • 5-7 years experience in HVAC branch management preferred
    • 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or mentor capacity
    • Good driving record
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT competentRequirements:
      • Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals
      • Superior customer service skills
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey confident and decisive messages
      • Manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines
