This consulting role is responsiblefor project management for specific projects in the Oracle Financial ServicesAnalytical Applications (OFSAA) consulting group.

Primaryresponsibilities include:

* People management, project planning/delivery, and sales lead identification
* Being accountable for Oracle s operational/financial metrics and maintaining project profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery as well as maintaining customer referenceability
* All aspects of project planning, delivery, and profitability for assigned OFSAA implementation projects Managing team of consultants and client resources to deliver OFSAA application solutions to our customers
* Adherence to operational policies and compliance with portfolio management requirements as a member of the project management team
* Identifying extension / expansion opportunities based on client requirements and client needs
*Required Skills*
* 10 years of experience relevant to this position with direct project management experience
* Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity
* Comfortable working in a matrix management environment
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors
* Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the Banking and Financial Services portfolio focus
* Graduate / Master degree or equivalent experience
