Manages people who lead internal information system-specific projects. Projects are often cross-functional and involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal customer or department personnel. Organizes project activities that may entail interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically one year of project management, product design or related experience needed.

* Leading, mentoring,developing, and building the Publisher Integrations team in New York.
* Overseeing regionalpublisher and platform launches.
* Acting as a thought leader andimplementing better processes to improve future integrations.
* Liaising with premierpublisher partners to understand and achieve goals.
* Assisting withtroubleshooting and QA of difficult implementations.
* Tagging publisher andplatform display (banner/rich media), video (VAST/VPAID), and mobile campaignsacross ad servers and DSP/SSPs with Moat tracking.

* Demonstrable and scalableexperience with third party DSP/SSP ad servers (Doubleclick, Sizmek, Mediamind,AppNexus, Atlas, Innovid, Liverail, FreeWheel, Medialets, etc.)
* QA experiencetroubleshooting all ad types including display (desktop, mobile, in-app) andvideo (VAST/VPAID.)
* Familiarity with HTML,JavaScript, and web traffic analysis tools (Chrome developer tools, Charles,Fiddler, Firebug, etc.)
* Must possess exceptionalorganizational, verbal, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication, followthrough, and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage andcommunicate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels ofseniority.
* Strong attention to detailand ability to work closely with others as part of a team and proven ability tomentor/develop team members.
* Deep understanding of theprinciples of ad serving, analytics, DSPs/DMPs, media buying, pixelimplementation, CPA/ROI optimization, retargeting, mobile and video specificstrategies.
