Performance Validation is seeking an Office Administrator to provide a full range of administrative support to our company. This individual is expected to support company values as they relate to employees and customers, work with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, promote open and honest communication, and be attentive and accurate.


Key activities would include:

  • Apply knowledge of operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
  • Assist Accounting with the company’s revenue life cycle – create invoices, check status of client projects, track timesheets and corrections, reconcile receivables payments, and pursue client payments.
  • Process accounts payable including expense reports in ERP and enter ACH data into the company’s banking portal.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain inventory and order office supplies.
  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied to routine administrative requests.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.


Minimum Qualifications

An associate degree preferred and two or more years of administrative experience. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time well, and effectively prioritize and manage upwards.
  • Professionally represents the company and division. Interacts confidently with clients, contractors, management and peers.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with office word-processing and spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bookkeeping experience with ERP system strongly preferred.


This position is in Indianapolis, Indiana.
