She is 8 months old, born upon Jan 27th. She is Spayed and as much as date on shots since September 21st. She is spirited and loving, has actually been raised around youngsters, cats, and dogs. Her name is Tilie, she knows sit, put down, go to bed, and come. We have been working on stay but it requires some reinforcement. She is still a puppy and Golden Retrievers don't lose their young puppy energy until about 3 years of age, likewise Goldens are easily sidetracked so they can be harder to train. She gets extremely excited around unfamiliar people and has to be kept on a brief lease in public places. She suches as to get on you to greet you, we have been working on this with her by turning our backs and disregarding her until she sits and welcomes us politely. Now she welcomes us by sitting more commonly then she does by jumping. Presently she has a really huge lawn to run in, which she likes to do. So please be conscious that she requires lots of workout, so if you do not have a backyard then she will certainly have to be exercised daily. She is so loving, and believes that she is a lap canine. She will attempt to oversleep your bed. Her favorite games are fetch, chasing birds and critters, and playing pull of war. She has only been around lap dogs however I thought she would do best with a playmate her own size. She is excellent with felines, she attempts to have fun with them and they end up chasing her.
