Meet Kaja!

This four year old purebred German Shepherd is a super sweet girl who loves to cuddle and sit on the couch following a run around the yard with her foster brother. She’s still learning her manners, enjoys lounging in her crate (even with the door open!), and does extremely well with handling for nail trims, teeth exams, and lets me poke around in her ears!

Kaja will always greet you with a toy in her mouth, whether it be her lamb chop stuffy or the closest thing on hand when she sees you. She’s the perfect squirrel repellent for the yard, which she requires a fully fenced in - wooden 6ft or taller so she feels safe and secure! Would love one other housemate to play with and help her learn the rules of being an inside dog, but she does seem to be better with male dogs.

She's fine with children, but will need to be older or sturdy as she is still learning manners and will jump up to give hugs.

She's curious about the cats in her foster home, but we're still learning if she can live full time with them or not.

She’s also on a weight loss kick- trying to lose about 10lbs so she can be at her best. Kaja's adoption fee is $300 and she will come fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped!
