Hi. Im aiming to sublet my space in a 2 bed room, 1 bathroom house. The lease is up at the end of July, so Im looking for someone to sublet from now up until that time. My existing roommate might be seeking somebody to keep renting with her on a month to month basis after the lease is up, so that alternative is there.
Its an excellent place right off of 52nd and College and youd be rooming with a remarkable individual. Shes 26, responsible expert, extremely low key and keeps to herself. Not a huge party person and no drugs or drama at all!
Currently my space is furnished but everything can be secured or made use of, depending on your circumstance.
Im having to sublet this location ASAP as Im paying lease at two locations presently (Since I relocated with my boyfriend). My half of the lease is $375, plus I pay around $75 in energies. I would want to sublet for a flat $400 if someone can stay for the remainder of the lease. End of July/Start of August.
There is a washer and dryer in the complex. Dishwasher in the kitchen area and 1st floor outdoor patio.
